It's a small, cramped room

The location couldn't be more absolutely perfect in an area that is gritty. Moreover, it was near to the main tourist attractions, and the worst neighborhoods.

I loved how clean my room was. A real cozy retreat! The street noise was a bit annoying, though 😊

location is very good. They give you a cell phone (it's slow) with free internet, during your whole stay (it's good if you don't have anything). hotel is nice, it has a terrace with a garden in the back. They give you coffee, machine coffee, good. reception staff is very friendly and helpful. You can walk to the Heineken experience, to the Vondelpark, to a very good restaurant area, to the red bus and red boat, to the I Amsterdam sign, etc.
The room was too small. There wasn't even room for the bags. They don't tell you this when you book. . They didn't clean the room. They just came in to fix the bed. They didn't even vacuum. The bathroom floor looked super dirty, full of dust, lint, hair, which is normal. But they didn't even care if it showed. They just need to make this better. It's telling the cleaning people to do their job. It's the only thing that really bothers me about the room. Not even the little room, since in the end you're just going to sleep. Breakfast is too expensive for what they offer. I recommend eating out.

The bar staff made our evenings special with their friendly service, and the clean room provided a cozy retreat after exploring the city. However, the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night.

The front desk staff were able to speak English. And this is basically the most important to us foreigners when the whole area speaks French. The hotel really feels like a hotel in that your room is what you would expect a hotel to be. The location of the hotel, it was about a 15 minute walk to city center, with free shuttle buses to and from city provided by the hotel. Free shuttle bus to MIDI station for early departures. Free buffet breakfast!
Noise. When it was quiet it was quiet, when it was loud it was loud. On my first day the hotel was packed with children occupying it and it was very very loud and almost impossible to sleep. On the second day, they all checked out and the sleep was heavenly. Even though the location of the hotel is close to city center the area surrounding it would not be something I call safe. The hotel is very very nice but it is in a really dodgy neighborhood. Highly do not recommend this for young ladies traveling by themselves, it is not safe!

I previously stayed in brussels but this time for our honeymoon, van belle really exceeded my expectations. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, and it was just a short walk to the city center. The breakfast was good, with fresh pastries and good coffee.
the ventilation system wasn't working.

Welcoming service, although a few employees were very slow. Had good sleep at the deluxe triple room with comfortable beds, coffee set and bright bathroom. The breakfast was adequate and fine, the check in was quick.
My room had pretty bad view.

The stuff was really polite. The rooms where clean
The breakfast was for vegetarians? It had only some slices of meat. The beds where horrific. I fall down twice! they are like boats in an angry sea

Just a short 10-minute walk from Brussels Midi, the hotel is conveniently located for business travelers. The staff were helpful and accommodating. My room wasvery comfy and tidy. I appreciated the regular change of bedding and the abundance of toiletries in the bathroom.
